GRAPHISOFT really listens to their clients, and everybody that I talked to says that they feel like they’ve been heard. It seems they’re progressing in the direction that the industry wants them to go.

“I feel like we’ve gotten more attention lately. They’re asking us a lot more questions on our workflow because Victor came to our office last year and spent a day with us just asking us questions about how we do things, which tells me that he cares about that end of it; because the software (Archicad) wasn’t intended for engineers. We just adapted it to what we wanted it to do. But I’ve seen that they’ve really listened to their clients, and everybody that I talked to says that they feel like they’ve been heard. It seems they’re progressing in the direction that the industry wants them to go.”

“I mean they’re very customer-based. I can’t count how many times I’ve been able to talk to a Graphisoft rep, or one calls me up and asks me questions, or introduces me to another client that we can help each other out. It’s very community-based. And so, I feel like it’s going in the right direction. I mean if there’s more that can be done on the engineering side as far as trying to merge the software with engineering, so that I have my one stop shop that’s my dream software, and I don’t have to go anywhere else. I feel like they’re trying to get there, so it feels like it’s going in the right direction.”
