It’s not a facile design tool, so I would have to be doing what this other firm does, and design and SketchUp, and then recreate that information in Revit. I would certainly not have BIMx. So, I wouldn’t have the ability from my clients to take their project home and live with it, and show their friends and their family. I wouldn’t have that BIMx available to make part of the contract documents to help me avoid change orders and errors during construction. I just simply wouldn’t have any of that, and without that, life would be difficult, it would not be fun.”
