Archicad felt as if it were designed by designers.
Adam Wanaselja
Architect + Partner, The Up Studio
For New York’s UP Studio, a productive workflow was at the top of the list of firm challenges. Realizing that a move to BIM was the only way to increase output and efficiency, they first looked to another leading software before realizing it was slowing creativity and creating internal frustration.
After trialing Archicad using flexible subscription licenses, the firm has now completely switched to the software and are reaping the benefits.
You can either keep doing what you are doing, or take that next step and adopt a new technology that will really help your firm get to the next level.

More about Duke Ellington School of the Arts projectThe Collaborative
Since our Archicad model was always up to date with any changes, we relied on it… In this way, we got code-related interpretations of complicated conditions that otherwise would have taken a whole lot of drawings and time.
Chris Jarre
The Collaborative
The Collaborative switched to Archicad after testing a number of leading software options. They ultimately concluded that Archicad was the most intuitive solution which would support how their architects like to design.
When planning the high-definition (HD) theater addition to the Imagination Station, the team at The Collaborative used Archicad to help identify zones and plans, and to streamline the process of submitting plans to the City of Toledo for review and approval.

On coordinating with consultants on Alta Roosevelt
Chicago-based Pappageorge Haymes Partners (PH) are well-established in Archicad, having used the software for nearly 3 decades.
PH has long been recognized as a leading architecture firm, with skills in urban planning, sustainable, and interior design, and recently used Archicad to deliver the 33-story Alta Roosevelt (shown right).
The PH team took advantage of having MEP and structural engineering consultants working on the building using BIM, and were thus able to apply the full strength of Archicad via heavy reliance on IFC.
