Brook St Lofts is a $36-million residential complex featuring 146 luxury units built with two floors of non-combustible construction with four floors of timber construction on top of that. The project required close collaboration between the architect, structural engineer, and mechanical engineering firms, which was ultimately achieved by collaborating on the one model through cloud-based technologies.
