This is a full-time (40+ hour/week) exempt position. We offer flexibility with work schedules and remote work opportunities, but as a leadership role this is primarily an in-office position. Your primary accountabilities will include:

- Be a committed member of the PPM Leadership Team to help guide company strategy and priorities. Advocate for your team while respecting company decisions and effectively communicating priorities with your team.
- Directly supervise 4-5 production managers and work with your team to develop, implement, and evaluate best practice systems, processes and standards for all CAD/BIM production workflow procedures including scheduling, drafting/modeling, QA/Audit, and delivery.
- Develop and implement an Organizational Strategy that is designed to encourage productivity and achieve exceptional results. Collaborate with Human Resources in recruiting, hiring, training, employee development, and engagement to provide growth opportunities and maintain a motivated, satisfied, and high-performing staff.
- Have a deep and broad understanding of our financial model and the key factors that drive results. Assist in the development of cost projections, budgets, and other financial indicators and documents. Review financial statements regularly, look for trends, and develop strategies to improve your team and PPM’s overall results.

Your Impact:
The full-time Project Architect contributes to the success of Thriven Design, working closely with their team throughout the project lifecycle. Project experience should include all phases of architectural design projects from concept through design and construction administration. Key Responsibilities:
• Create and spearhead design concept decisions for final internal review
• Provide critique and guidance to others on their work product, including renderings, animations, and construction documents
• Contribute to documentation for all design phases
• Share knowledge of building detailing, building science, envelope design, and building systems with others
• Manage project coordination and construction administration activities
• Prepare project specifications
• Research and implement project requirements (code, funding requirements, client standards) and permit/approval processes
• Functional knowledge of other disciplines such as Structural and MEP systems
• Proactively oversee internal quality control items and coordination of systems included in the project
• Contribution to aspects of project financial management including developing project fees, scope, and project timelines/scheduling with the use of appropriate management tools
• Assist with proposals and contracts
• Utilize project presentation and meeting skills, internally and externally
Education and Experience:
• Licensed Architect with a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• Experience: Minimum five years of job-related experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with projects in the mixed-use and multifamily residential markets
• Experience working with BIM software and other applications in a digital production environment
