The bureau is founded in 1989, in the beginning, as a part of the Scientific and Design center of MARKHA. The project of reconstruction of the territory of the residential district “Ostozhenka” was the first work of the collective. Subsequently, the design activity of the bureau was beyond the territory “Ostozhenka”. Both new buildings and the reconstructed existing historical buildings were objects of the bureau’s design. In total, 60 objects are constructed so far.
