BUDAPEST, June 16, 2016 – As the main sponsor, Graphisoft®, the leading Building Information Modeling (BIM) software developer for architects and designers, has developed a series of powerful workshops for this year’s ‘CAADence in Architecture’ conference, June 16-17, in Budapest, Hungary.
The workshop and conference are aimed at promoting discourse amongst professors, researchers, practicing architects, PhD and regular students, who immerse themselves in different areas of computer aided architectural design. The goal of the workshops is to close the distance between practice and theory.
As the main sponsor of the two-day event, Graphisoft will host three workshops: Algorithmic Design through BIM; OPEN BIM; and GDL in Daily Work. In addition to developing the workshops, Graphisoft has invited one of its key clients, Kazumi Yajima, Director of BIM & Productivity Improvement at Kajima Corporation (Japan), to speak about Kajima’s BIM Theory and Methods. Kajima Corporation is one of the largest general contractors in Japan and has been successfully applying Graphisoft’s BIM technology in more than 500 construction projects in Japan.
