As coronavirus impacts people worldwide, our hearts and thoughts go out to everyone who has been affected by this unprecedented event, and we appreciate the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are on the front line working to contain COVID-19.
At GRAPHISOFT, our first focus is on people – ensuring that we do our best to safeguard our employees, partners, and users. We also are working to help our community maintain business continuity as many quickly shift to ‘working-from-home’. I would like to share what we are doing to support our employees and users as we move forward together.
At GRAPHISOFT
Effective March 16, all GRAPHISOFT offices are following a work-from-home policy worldwide. During this time, all our services remain fully operational and are available through the usual email, phone, and online channels. We also will continue our suspension of all travel, events, and gatherings until further notice to minimize potential viral transmission.
Assisting our users
GRAPHISOFT has introduced free Emergency Licenses to assist users who may have difficulty accessing their in-office Archicad licenses while at home. These temporary 30-day Archicad licenses can be activated remotely with a simple activation code. All you need is an active Archicad 17 or newer license and an Internet connection. To request Emergency License activation codes please contact your local GRAPHISOFT Partner.
Helping teams adjust to working from home
To help your team work together while at home, we are offering free 60-day access to BIMcloud as a Service, our solution to empower remote team collaboration between architects and designers. We are working to quickly extend availability of this service to our users worldwide to be effective beginning Monday, March 23rd.
