Archicad 9 was the only building modeling product receiving the prestigious All-Star award this year from Cadalyst Magazine
Budapest – August 09, 2005 – Graphisoft, the global leader in Virtual Building™ solutions, today announced that Archicad® 9 received the 2005 All-Star Award from Cadalyst Magazine. This Award recognizes the top products from January 2005 to June 2005 and salutes the best of the best – the most outstanding among all products that earned the Five-Star Highly Recommended rating from Cadalyst Labs.
According to Cadalyst reviewer Steve Ross, Archicad 9 “provides a lot more power than the typical architectural design software package, but is still easy, nimble and intuitive to use.” In addition, the publication refers to Archicad as “a pioneer building-modeling program.”
“Archicad’s power, maturity and ease-of-use allows us to successfully tackle complicated projects with very aggressive permitting and construction schedules – meeting all our deadlines,” states award-winning architect Chad Oppenheim, founder and Principal of Oppenheim Architecture + Design. “Ultimately, Archicad provides tangible business benefits by improving client communication, streamlining the design process, and helping to bring about customer satisfaction.”
Archicad helps users to win more business by assisting them to design more creatively, analyze earlier, generate documentation rapidly and efficiently coordinate projects both internally and externally. In a recent global Return-on-Investment survey, Archicad on average was found to contribute 12% to a practice’s profit, and lift productivity by 39%.
“Winning this award is a result of our unique customer-driven development process,” says Bence Kovacs, Vice President of Product Management at Graphisoft. “I thank our users for their constant involvement – the honor goes to them.”
