BUDAPEST, August 19, 2015 – Graphisoft’s “Faster than Ever” marketing campaign for Archicad 19 was named the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Marketing Campaign of the Year – Software – category in the 12th Annual International Business Awards. Winners were determined through two months of preliminary judging and two weeks of final judging.
The International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program. All individuals and organizations worldwide – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small – are eligible to submit nominations. The 2015 IBAs received entries from more than 60 nations and territories.
Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala awards banquet at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Toronto, Canada on Friday, 23 October.
More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Company of the Year, Website of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year, and Executive of the Year, among others. Graphisoft’s “Faster than Ever” campaign for Archicad 19 won in the Marketing Campaign of the Year – Software category.
Graphisoft’s Archicad 19 truly is faster than ever, improving BIM performance by extending its robust 64-bit and multi-processing technologies with predictive background processing — an industry-first to BIM. This development produces lightning-fast response times, making it the undisputed speed leader in the BIM business. “We are pleased and proud to be recognized by the International Business Awards for our efforts on behalf of architects, engineers, and contractors around the world,” said Akos Pfemeter, Vice President for Marketing at GRAPHISOFT.
Stevie Award winners were selected by more than 250 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process from May through early August.
“We congratulate all of the Stevie winners in this year’s IBAs,” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards. “The quality of entries we receive improves every year. This year’s judges were rewarded with the opportunity to review more than 3,700 stories of business achievement and innovation from around the world. We look forward to celebrating the winners’ achievements in Toronto on October 23.”
