1. Competition Period: The competition is ongoing. Submissions will be accepted on a rolling basis starting June 2024. Winner(s) will be selected monthly.
2. Eligibility: Participants must be residents of the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Grenada, Haiti, Jamaica, Saint Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos, British Virgin Islands, US Virgin Islands.
3. Submission Requirements:
- All designs must be original creations designed by the participant or their design group.
- Participants may submit multiple designs, but each design must be unique.
- Entries must be submitted via the official competition entry form.
4. Selection of Winners
- Winner(s) will be selected monthly.
- Winners will be judged based on creativity, originality, presentation, written responses, and technical capabilities.
- The decisions of the judging panel are final and binding.
5. Notification of Winners
- Winners will be notified via the email address provided in their entry form.
- If a social media handle has been provided, winners will also be tagged in the post sharing the winning project.
- Winners will be sent a Graphisoft prize package only if a mailing address is provided when entering.
6. Use of Designs
- By entering the competition, participants grant Graphisoft the right to use their designs in future marketing materials.
- Participants also grant Graphisoft the right to use any comments submitted in the entry form relating to their use of Archicad in future marketing materials.
7. Intellectual Property
- All designs must be original and created solely by the participant or their design group.
- By submitting a design, participants warrant that their entry does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Participants retain ownership of their designs but grant Graphisoft a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the designs for marketing and promotional purposes.
8. Privacy
- Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition.
- By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their personal information in accordance with Graphisoft’s privacy policy.
9. General Conditions
- Graphisoft reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
- Graphisoft is not responsible for any technical issues or entries lost, delayed, or misdirected.
- By participating in the competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless Graphisoft from any claims arising out of their participation in the competition or the use of their designs.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and Canada. Any disputes arising out of this competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the respective countries.
