Core Responsibilities

Lead the technical development of architectural drawings through Design Development and Construction Documents

Coordinate architectural scope with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty consultants

Identify and resolve conflicts between architectural intent and consultant systems

Work within project teams led by Project Managers

Studio Daub is a boutique interior design studio working on high-end residential and commercial interior projects nationwide. Based in the Los Angeles area, we are looking for a designer to join our team part-time with the option to go full-time. We are looking for someone who has strong communication and collaboration skills and is organized, detail-oriented and proactive to jump-in with the following tasks:
- Research and source materials, furnishings, and finishes
- Draft floor plans, elevations, details and schedules for drawing sets (ArchiCAD preferred; Revit or AutoCAD knowledge required)
- 3D modeling (ArchiCAD preferred; Revit or SketchUp knowledge required)
- Manage design documentation, submittals and purchase orders
- Prepare presentations, proposals, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate shipments, samples, vendor appointments, travel, and on-site needs


Experience in high-end residential or commercial design (2-4 yrs min. experience). Experience in 3D modeling and drafting drawing sets with ArchiCAD
