We are looking for a Full Time CIAT / RIBA qualified Architectural Technician or Technical Architect to join our team.

- A relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field (CIAT/RIBA)
- Proficiency in Archicad very important
- Strong understanding of building regulations and technical detailing, and Enerphoit, AECB retrofit.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience working in a small practice on residential projects both refurbishment and new build is a plus.

A9 Architecture is looking for an experienced architect/ architectural assistant/ Architectural technologist to join its team in Essex.

The ideal candidate will posses outstanding design and presentation skills coupled with sound construction knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations.

The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask, manage their own workload, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Archicad preferably, (Revit and Autocad considered) hand-sketching, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is essential.Candidates must have:

a minimum of two years experience in a design-led UK practice
Knowledge of UK Building regulations
Good detailing skills
experience of working on design-led residential and/or housing projects
a ‘can-do’, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
-an excellent academic record
-strong design and presentational skills
-working experience and an excellent standard of Archicad would be preferable.
-the ability to work and effectively communicate with clients and a professional team
-the ability to manage their own time.

We need an architect to complete complex 3D modeling and drafting tasks between the 16 - 20th December remotely. Please submit your hourly rate and portfolio. Due to limited time, we will only get back to successful applicants.

Needs to have Archicad 27, Speaks fluent English, and is available for a minimum 8 hours per day. Architects who have teamwork enabled on their archicad and are available for more then 8 hours today will be preferred
