A Senior Design Architect leads complex building projects from concept to completion, responsible for design, technical
expertise, project management, and client liaison. Key duties include translating client needs into functional designs, ensuring
compliance with codes, coordinating with consultants, overseeing junior staff, and managing project phases like scope,
schedule, and budget. They also often present designs to clients and stakeholders and participate in contract administration
and site visits.
• Master’s degree in architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Proven experience with complex project coordination and management.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs and completed projects.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in facade design.• Eligible to work in Ontario
