The Archicad Upgrade and Support service (UAS) from GRAPHISOFT is the only way to access expert support and advice direct from the manufacturer whilst also keeping your software investment fully up to date with any newer versions of Archicad. This service also provides you with exclusive tools, drawing content, education and discounts on products and services.
GRAPHISOFT Support
Architects design models to deadlines and need the backup of a manufacturer support team to sort out problems and explain unfamiliar features of methodologies. UAS provides contracted (9:00 — 17:00) telephone and email support from our dedicated UK Technical Centre to provide timely solutions, fixes and workarounds to customer problems and queries, all without quotas.
Free of Charge Upgrade
Archicad is continually evolving with new versions shipping annually. UAS customers are entitled to free upgrades to the latest software as it is released.
Keyplug Replacement Policy
To save you time and money, UAS now includes keyplug replacement1 for lost, damaged or stolen keyplugs meaning you don’t need to insure this separately and you can get a keyplug problem sorted out quickly and at minimal cost to reduce any downtime.
Free Objects and Tools
UAS customers get free access to a UAS-only UK Resource Library which includes extra downloadable tools such as NBS Link, the Remapping Tool, Modular Joinery, Electrical Library, Library Part Maker and objects for Archicad in bimcomponents.com.
Archicad Launches and Education
UAS customers are invited to the annual Archicad launch events and exclusive Graphisoft quarterly webinars. You get to see new features in use and take away workflow ideas direct from the manufacturer.

UAS is an annual service orderable from your reseller with discounts available for customers with more than 2 licences. Customers are advised to keep licences on UAS and not to allow the service to lapse as a re-joining fee3 proportionate to the period of elapsed time off UAS will be applicable.
