The state institution “Administration of architecture and town-planning of the Pavlodar region” is an executive body financed from the regional budget, authorized within the limits provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the realization of the state policy at the regional level in the questions of organization, monitoring, coordination of work of an architecturally-town-planning complex.
