The hall was inaugurated in 2018, on Moscow City Day. In 2016, the hall was awarded with the Moscow City Council Award for “Best Architectural and Urban Planning Solution for a Public Object.” In 2019, it was shortlisted for the World Architecture Festival Award.
Archicad 20’s shimmering signature building, the Len Lye Centre, is New Zealand’s only single artist museum. Its design is deeply influenced by the life, ideas, writings and work of the famous New Zealand Kinetic Artist, Len Lye (1901–1980).

The goal of the planned investment is the renovation of the former EC-1 heat and power station complex in Lodz for the purpose of establishing a regional center of culture and arts. According to the “Simplified local revitalization program of city center and former-factory areas in Lodz for the years 2004– 2013,” this area will become a crucial part of the “New Lodz City Center.”
