Graphisoft N.V. Secondary Listing on the Budapest Stock Exchange

Budapest – May 3, 2000 – Graphisoft N.V. and Nomura Securities Hungary Ltd. announced
today that the planned first trading day of Graphisoft N.V. shares on the Budapest Stock
Exchange will be May 16, 2000. This date was made in accordance with the Exchange Board.
