Graphisoft to be listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange in mid-may

Budapest/Amsterdam, March 21, 2000 – Graphisoft N.V. is pleased to announce that the secondary listing of Graphisoft shares on the Budapest Stock Exchange is scheduled for mid-May, subject to documentation. Graphisoft is one of the world’s leading technology companies in computer-aided design (CAD) software development used by architects and builders.

Graphisoft has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s Neuer Markt since 1998. The listing in Budapest is an important further step in Graphisoft’s development, as it will raise public awareness of the company and make the stock accessible to a broader set of investors.
