Boston, MA – May 21, 2008 – Graphisoft’s Archicad BIM Experience Kit is a finalist in the 6th annual «American Business Awards» competition, known as the business world’s own Oscars.
More than 2,600 entries from companies of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for consideration in more than 40 categories. Stevie Award winners will be announced during the annual gala on Thursday, June 12.
The Archicad BIM Experience Kit is a Stevie finalist in the Interactive Multimedia Training Category for its unique approach in helping architectural users of 2D CAD become familiar with working in 3D building information modeling (BIM). The free kit combines a full-functioning version of Archicad with an innovative multimedia training tutorial that guides users through the modeling of an actual Frank Lloyd Wright-designed project: the Massaro House in upstate New York. The kit also includes testing to help support the learning process.
