Services and Benefits of Subscription

1. SERVICES
1.1. Eligibility for version upgrades at no additional charge
Upon commercial release of Graphisoft Products, Customer is eligible for version upgrades to all their Subscription licenses at no additional charge. Customer understands and accepts that the frequency and content of product releases are at Graphisoft’s sole discretion.
1.2. Personal Technical Support
Customer can access technical assistance by technical experts according to the Service-Level Agreement (SLA) set forth below:
- Technical Support shall be provided by the Service Partner selected during the Subscription purchase process.
- Technical Support shall be provided during business hours of the selected Service Partner.
- Technical Support shall be provided for the products the Customer is currently subscribed to.
- Technical Support shall be provided for:
- Installation and configuration of products
- Reporting and resolving of software errors
- Escalating unresolved issues to Graphisoft
- Delivering workflow and technical solutions
- Technical Support shall be provided as follows:
- Confirmation of receipt upon Customer's reporting of issue
- Troubleshooting help according to Service Provider’s availability
- Resolution of issue/escalation to Graphisoft on a best effort basis
- Graphisoft will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct reported errors, considering the urgency and severity of the error according to its sole discretion. Corrections can be provided in the form of workarounds, hotfixes, or regular software updates. Graphisoft does not warrant that all reported errors will be corrected.
- The support service does not cover issues caused by: (a) misuse of the product, such as faulty installation or use in violation of the usage instructions or other applicable document; (b) modification or repair of the product by anyone other than Service Provider or Graphisoft; (c) any product, service or materials or data not delivered by Graphisoft; or (d) use of the product in a usage environment other than the one approved in the Documentation; (e) issues caused by third-party products or components.
2. BENEFITS
2.1. Graphisoft Learn
Customer is provided free or discounted access to online product and upgrade courses and training materials, as shown on the Graphisoft Learn official pricelist.
After the termination of the Subscription, the Customer can complete those courses and download those free or discounted training materials which were accessed prior to the termination date, in accordance with the Graphisoft Learn Terms and Conditions general deactivation policy.
2.2. Emergency Product Licenses – for Archicad and Archicad Solo only
Customer can access short-term “emergency” product licenses in case the Customer’s own commercial licenses are temporarily inaccessible. Each active Subscription license in the Customer’s license pool can access an Emergency License up to two times per year.
2.3. License Key Insurance
Customer is eligible for replacement of Customer’s license key(s) at no additional cost if they are stolen, lost, damaged, defective, or destroyed. Customer is required to surrender damaged or defective key(s) or submit official police report of stolen key(s).
2.4. Early Access to Innovation
Customer can access upcoming technology provided by Graphisoft in the form of software betas and technology previews. Customer understands the nature of such special releases and accepts the limited liabilities of Graphisoft for such special releases.
2.5. BIMx Model Hosting
Customer is provided 10 GB private storage for BIMx model hosting in Graphisoft’s cloud.
2.6. Python API
Customer is provided extra capabilities in the Software to customize and automate workflows via the Archicad Python API.
2.7. PARAM-O
Customer is provided extra capabilities in the Software to enable the creation of custom parametric objects with the built-in graphical algorithm editor.
2.8. Maxon Redshift
Customer is provided extra capabilities in the Software to create high-quality photorealistic renderings with the built-in Maxon Redshift rendering engine.
2.9. Library Part Maker
Customer is provided extra capabilities in the Software to create manufacturer-specific library content using standard modeling tools.
2.10. Additional Surface Catalog
Customer is provided an Additional Surface Catalog, containing an exclusive set of 500+ additional surfaces, which are not included with the standard Archicad library.
Customer shall use all Benefits according to the applicable terms and conditions, published at graphisoft.com/legal/license terms.
Graphisoft may unilaterally modify any item of this document with or without notice to you. You agree that Graphisoft shall not be liable to you or anyone else for any negative effect deriving from such modifications.
