Privacy Notice on personal data processing relating to Graphisoft Online Event

This Graphisoft Online Event Privacy Notice applies to the data processing taking place in relation to the personal data of participants (“Participants” or “You”) at the online conferences and events (“Event”) organized by Graphisoft SE (registered address: 1031 Budapest (Graphisoft park), Záhony u. 7., Hungary; hereinafter: Graphisoftor Data Controller).

Please read this document carefully. By participating in the Event, You as the Participant of the Event acknowledge the terms of this privacy notice.

B. Data processors:

In order to give You the opportunity to participate on Graphisoft’s events, Graphisoft uses the Microsoft Teams Webinar provided by Microsoft. To ensure the technical availability and support of the platform, Microsoft acts as data processor of Graphisoft. For further information visit: https://privacy.microsoft.com/hu-hu/privacystatement

Other than the above, Graphisoft does not transfer personal data to any other recipient.

C. Description of the data processing:

To update the Participants about the Graphisoft solutions’ roadmap, Graphisoft organizes online events. Participating in the event is optional.

During the event You have the opportunity to share your opinion and have a discussion of the topics of the event either by asking a question by voice or camera, or by typing it into the chat. Asking a question and using camera are optional.

A video recording of the event will be made so that those who were not present can follow the news and events.
If you choose to ask questions with voice or camera, your voice and camera image can be recorded.
If you ask a question in the chat, your name may be mentioned at the event along with your question. In these cases, your name and question can be recorded.

Graphisoft uses contact data to send information to the participants about current and future events.

The data processed do not contain any special categories of personal data. 

E. Data transfer outside the EEA, EU:

Participants who are outside the EU, EEA countries can access personal data under appropriate safeguards (Article 45 and 46 of GDPR).

Graphisoft employees involved in the organisation of the event, who are outside the EU, EEA countries can access personal data under appropriate safeguards (Article 45 and 46 of GDPR).

Except for the above, Data Controller does not transfer personal data outside the EU.
