New regional resource for sales, marketing, training and support of Archicad; Clients gain world-class implementation and technical support
Boston, MA – January 8, 2008 – Graphisoft announced the launch of a new regional distribution/reseller business aimed at making it easier to sell, teach and support Archicad to architects in the western U.S.
Graphisoft West, headquartered in Oakland, Calif., will serve as a centralized resource for North American Archicad resellers and their customers in the Pacific and Mountain regions. Graphisoft West provides marketing, branding, educational materials, technical support and retail web store capabilities for technology partners who wish to tap into the fast-growing market for Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. It also makes it easier for customers to get the sales, training and support they need to transform their architectural practices to the new world of 3D BIM.
Archicad is recognized as the world’s most well-established BIM system, with millions of buildings already realized. Graphisoft, which already has a substantial North American customer base, is expanding rapidly in the western region thanks to the company’s increasing brand awareness and an innovative business model that makes 3D virtual building design accessible to more businesses and individuals.
