Release Notes – Archicad 22 UKI Library Update

Version 4029.54

This Update includes important fixes for library bugs discovered since the original release of Archicad 22 (Build 3009). This Update can be applied to any build of Archicad 22 (Build 3009 and above).

Most important bugs corrected in this update:

  • 247643 CURTAIN WALL: Opening Lines of Curtain Wall Profiled Edge Panels were misplaced in Simplified Detail Level.
  • 250000 CURTAIN WALL: Opening Type parameter could not be scheduled.
  • 248363 CURTAIN WALL: The Cut Pen did not effect the CW Profiled Edge Panel when Cut Components were set to Projected at the Floor Plan Projection Mode settings.
  • 254783 CURTAIN WALL: The order of the skins were reversed in 3D with the CW Composite Panel 22 and the CW Profiled Edge Panel 22.
  • 246822 CURTAIN WALL: The parameter ‘Frame Building Material’ was missing from the Building Materials settings with the ‘Regular Double Frame with Cap’ and the ‘Regular Double Butt-Glazed Frame.
  • 247594 CURTAIN WALL: The profiled frame’s fill on the preview inherited the Schematic/Simplified Building Material instead of the one set in the Profile Manager.
  • 242309 CURTAIN WALL: Tooltip refered to a fill as “Glass” in CW Profiled Edge Panel Settings although it could have been set to other materials.
  • 247581 LABELS: When modifying an already placed Stair Dimension Label to something else that was not relevant for the edited elements an empty Symbol Label Custom Settings appeared.
  • 247446 OBJECT: Certain Floor Plan Views of Maple Tree in the Deciduous Trees object did not have cover fills.
  • 249326 OBJECT: Interface of Web Beam Curved disappeared if End Height parameter was set to an invalid value.
  • 252830 OBJECT: After creating an element with LPM with defintions of Full, Medium and Low symbols but without the definition of an “Electrical” and/or “RCP” symbol the element always switched to Low option after selecting either Electrical or RCP options.
  • 252831 OBJECT: It was not possible to move the 2D Symbol independently of the 3D symbol with certain Electrical elements.
  • 245546 OBJECT: The edge of ‘Gutter Mitered xx’ object was missing in 3D, which is why it was not visible in 3D and Sections/Elevations.
  • 247398 OBJECT: The Schematic 3D Detail Level of the Multi-Basin Counter Object was displaced.
  • 248876 OBJECT: With the Bended Hedge Model Object there was an unwanted sphere in the model.
  • 247589 OBJECTS: The ‘Countertop’ object with MEP had a gap between the wall mounted tap and the left connection.
  • 249807 OPENINGS: Bottom Reveal type greyed out in Openings if Sill was turned on.
  • 253106 OPENINGS: It was not possible to define the lower reveal until the outside window sill was switched off.
  • 246065 OPENINGS: The Control of the 3D preview was inconsistent in the Model View Options dialog.
  • 251309 OPENINGS: The Oval Door Marker with short ID had incorrect geometry.
  • 250149 ZONES: The ‘Override Style of Measured/Calculated Area’ checkbox worked incorrectly with the ‘Zone Stamp 01’.

Install steps

  1. Download the Update.
  2. Exit Archicad before you start the installer.
  3. Make sure that you have administrator rights on your computer.
  4. Make sure that components of your Archicad Library have not been renamed or in any other way modified. If you have modified the Archicad 22 standard library, please re-install it from the original Archicad installer.
  5. Double-click on the downloaded file to start the installer.
  6. Follow the instructions of the wizard to complete the installation.
