Release Notes – Archicad 19 NOR Library Update

Version 4554.8

This Update includes important fixes for library bugs discovered since the original release of Archicad 19 NOR (Build 3603.2). This Update can be applied to any build of Archicad 19 NOR (Build 3003 and above).

Install steps:

  1. Download the Update.

  2. Exit Archicad before you start the installer.

  3. Make sure that you have administrator rights on your computer.

  4. Make sure that components of your Archicad Library have not been renamed or in any other way modified. If you have modified the Archicad 19 standard library, please re-install it from the original Archicad install DVD.

  5. Double-click on the downloaded file to start the installer. To run the installer, Java version 8 must be installed on your computer. You can install Java version from your original Archicad install DVD.

  6. Follow the instructions of the wizard to complete the installation.

Most important bugs corrected in this update:

  • 149474 DOORS: Different frame width didn’t take effect on 2D opening line

  • 193021 DOORS: Frame Style Changed notification cannot refresh

  • 195873 DOORS: Storefront Doors: ‘Joint Upper’ parameter was missing from UI

  • 196614 DOORS: Entrance Doors: Glass Cut Fill Type/Pen/Background Pen parameters were missing from UI

  • 198842 DOORS: Revolving Door: Handle Surface couldn’t be changed

  • 198882 DOORS: Opening Direction parameter was set to Custom in case of forward migration

  • 194411 WINDOWS: W Fixed 19 H-V Grid: Views were generated slowly if there were too many sashes

  • 195874 WINDOWS: Storefront Windows: ‘Joint Upper’ and ‘Joint Lower’ parameters were missing from UI

  • 199735 WINDOWS: Storefront Windows: Polygon is degenerated warning came up in case Slanted Reveal was selected
