Archicad 12 RUS Library Update

Version 2009-03-18

This Hotfix includes important fixes for library bugs discovered since the original release of Archicad 12 (Build 2172). This Hotfix can be applied to any build of Archicad 12 (Build 2172 and above).

Install steps:

1. Download the Hotfix by clicking on the file name on the previous page.
2. Exit Archicad before you start the installer.
3. Make sure that you have administrator rights on your computer.
4. Make sure that components of your Archicad Library have not been renamed or in any other way modified. If you have modified the Archicad 12 standard library, please re-install it from the original Archicad install DVD.
5. Double-click on the downloaded file to start the installer. To run the installer, Java version 6 must be installed on your computer. You can install Java version 6 from your original Archicad install DVD.
6. Follow the instructions of the wizard to complete the installation.

Most important bugs corrected in this update:

• 81692 Corner Window: W M Bottom Hung 12: 2D script warning when changing corner window type
• 77170 Curtain Wall Accessories: the 3D Representation can’t be changed
• 85524 Curtain Wall Window: error after adding properties of a Curtain Wall window with inject to a panel. It is not possible to edit this new window anymore, and will have gdl error.
• 87952 Doors, Windows: if Scale Sensitive is set to 3D Detail Level doorswindows disappear in 3D and Section only hotspots remain
• 87140 Doors, Windows: warning appears when placing doors/windows with functional shutter in curved wall
• 87247 Doors: D1, D2 Segmented Transom doors: opening line display on fix transom in 3D
• 78378 Doors: doors with sidelight or with transom: base hotspots appear in wrong position
• 68214 Doors: Internal Doors/Style 1 Panel type: cannot use Custom Handle
• 87176 Doors: Terrace Door 1,2: different opening line at different scale
• 81863 Doors: Wood Internal Doors with sidelight: threshold work incorrect, when frame thickness equals wall thickness
• 81698 Objects: Audience Seating: seats layout is wrong at Curved option
• 86850 Objects: Cabinet Base 2D: rear overhang the sink stays centered on the counter
• 87959 Objects: Chairs: cannot Enable Object’s Pens, always use Symbol Line Pens
• 86067 Objects: Lobby Table: shelf does not connect to leg in 3D
• 88937 Objects: Non localized parameters in case of MEP Profile
• 86916 Objects: Tensile Roof: no 3D view in shading mode because of missing polygons
• 87440 Stairs: Name and type setting of railing are slipped
• 85465 Stairs: not affected by Work Environment settings for measurements
• 86236 Stairs: Stair U-Shape: 3D error when flights are touching
• 85383 Windows: Arch top windows: splayed reveal doesn’t work in 3D
• 88273 Windows: casing doesn’t appears in 3D if Partial Structural Display is set to Core only
• 88766 Windows: Corner window in walls with different width falls apart
• 86643 Windows: corner window sill ends don’t meet when a corner is 90°
• 84521 Windows: Masonry Arch not on header when reveal is on
• 84654 Windows: sill depth display is wrong on the User Interface
• 87989 Windows: The 3D and 2D of the “W2 casement HDiv 12” window do not correspond
• 87439 Windows: W Oval Fix, W Oval Piv: width and height parameters cannot differ
• 66052 Windows: W Splayed Reveal – incorrect floor plan display in case of Projected mode
• 86644 Windows: W1 Casement: incorrect sill connection in curved wall when the windows are next to each other
• 82315 Windows: wrong Cavity Closure display if Partial Structural Display is set to ‘Core Only’
• 85940 Windows: wrong floor plan display in the trapezoid wall in case of using casing and board at 1:50 and above
