Archicad 13 Patch for Java Update on Mac OS X 10.6


This Patch fixes the problems that appeared after applying the Java for Mac OS X 10.6 Update 3. It is recommended to apply if you are using the following functionalities in Archicad:

  • Saving/publishing to PDF format
  • License Borrowing from CodeMeter protection key
  • Publishing files to Internet/ “Send mail” function
  • Submitting crash reports to GRAPHISOFT

If you use the AUS, AUT, CHE, CZE, DEN, FIN, GER, GRE, HUN, INT, ITA, JPN, NED, NOR, NZE, POR, RUS, SPA, SWE, TUR, USA,  language version of Archicad 13:

  • Make sure that your Archicad is up-to-date (build 3826 is the current version.)  You can update Archicad through the Help Menu/Check for updates… command
  • Download and install Archicad 13 Patch for Java – Build 3826 (6.1MB)

If you use the POL, TAI language version of Archicad 13:

Notes: 

  • The Patch for Java is not a real Hotfix, It only fixes one specific problem
  • Therefore it can be applied only if Archicad is up-to date (previous Hotfixes are installed)
  • It has to be applied to Archicad only. You do not (and cannot) install it on the BIM server and the standalone BIM Server Manager
  • It will not change Archicad’s build number
  • Later Hotfixes for Archicad will also include the Java fix and will be able to update the patched Archicad.
